HAYTHAM F.A. ISLEEM (海瑟姆),男,巴勒斯坦人,1988年2月生,清华大学土木工程系博士后、曲靖师范学院应用技术学院专任教师。2019-2021年在清华大学土木工程系师从冯鹏教授,进行博士后研究。从事材料和混凝土结构的研究,以及人工智能在各种土木工程项目中的应用。发表了25篇SCI检索论文,主要研究方向包括:用于混凝土结构构件加劲的FRP材料性能的表征和评估、既有混凝土结构的修复和加固、基于数据挖掘(机器学习和深度学习)和有限元模型的FRP结构设计与分析、基于声发射和超声波信号的混凝土结构损伤识别和健康监测等。Isleem 博士曾担任大多数 MDPI 和 Elsevier 公司的技术审稿人,包括(Construction and Building Materials Journal;Composite Structures Journal;Polymer Testing Journal;Polymers Journal;Structures - Elsevier Journal;Materials Journal;Crystals Journal。
Dr. Haytham F. A. Isleem is an associate professor in structural engineering, Department of Construction Management, Qujing Normal University, Qujing 655011, Yunnan, China. haythamisleem@mail.qjnu.edu.cn. He received his master's and Ph.D. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology, in 2015 and 2019 respectively. He did his Postdoctoral research experience at the Department of Civil Engineering at Tsinghua University from 2019 to 2021. Dr. Isleem has good expertise in statistical analysis; in project and team management; being able to design and construct new instruments; capable of imparting complex information to audiences of different levels. Dr. Isleem was selected by the HIT committee for the “2018 Chinese Government Outstanding International Students Award”. Dr. Isleem is actively engaged in research on materials and concrete structures, and course development related to materials in civil engineering and the application of artificial intelligence in various civil engineering projects. The research interests focus on characterization and assessment of mechanical behavior of FRP composite materials when used in concrete structural elements according to International Codes, rehabilitation and strengthening of existing reinforced concrete RC structures, and design and analysis of new FRP reinforced concrete members using data mining (Machine and deep learning) and finite element models. Dr. Isleem has published around 25 SCI articles. Dr. Isleem is actively reviewer for over MDPI and Elsevier Journals. He has established his independent research team which is composted of 10 members, among them, 6 are assistant professors, one is associate professor from Pakistan, and other members are research assistants.
